Twin Lakes

A lot of large boulders were used to create this landscape. The grade of existing yard was reduced by removing material from the top yard, and a large rock retaining wall was put in place to stop any erosion. This created a perfect spot for a fire pit, beautifully surrounded by boulders. The existing concrete stairs were removed and replaced with a gently sloped pathway down to the lakes shore. On the lower level, the old timber walls were replaced with a boulder retaining wall. We also put in a smaller rock wall in front of the top yard to stop erosion.
